NOTE: There is no shipping and tax for magazine subscriptions.

For product orders, U.S add $5.00. Canadian add $15 & Foreign orders add $20.00. No cash or Canadian Checks, please. Foreign orders must be paid with Visa, Mastercard or International Money Orders in U.S. funds. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of product and 6-8 weeks for magazine subscriptions to start.
